This easy Christmas cookie recipe is stacked in layers, first with a graham cracker crust followed by chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut drenched in sweetened condensed milk. Colored holiday sprinkles give the surface a festive look. The recipe is made in layers in one pan, requiring little mixing. Even the margarine (or butter) for the crust is melted in the baking pan and combined with the graham cracker crumbs, rather than combined in an extra bowl, saving clean up. Set pan of cooled, baked bars in the refrigerator for an hour before slicing them. The bars will set and chill. While you’re at it, set your cutting knife in the refrigerator at the same time, too.
