Christmas Cookie Baking Tip : Dress Up Drop Cookies With Drizzle

Christmas drop cookies, like Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies, are colorful as is. But you can make them even more festive when you top them with a bit of extra chocolate.

Melt 1-2 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate on tops of cooled cookies. Let them set before serving.

Use the same tip with other drop cookies – even those that do not contain semi-sweet chocolate – by melting vanilla or white chocolate to drizzle on cookie surfaces.
