Feature: No-Bake Valentine Cookies : Easy Last-Minute Cookie Recipe

Image: The Cookie Elf

Easy No-Bake Valentine Cookies are a fun and easy cookie recipe. They are a colorful, quick treat to make for a school party or to pack in lunch boxes even at the last minute.

Start with pre-packaged wafers, which are available at groceries and food stores. They are made with ultra-thin cookie layers, often pressed with waffle surface pattern, with crème filling sandwiched in between layers.

Dip the wafers into melting candy and roll them in Valentine decorations or colored sugar. They harden quickly.

And when you let them work over waxed paper, clean up is a snap!

Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Cooling time: 30 minutes
Makes about 2-3 dozen cookies

Use it for kids ages 3-12 at home, school, church, in the community, or with your homeschool group. It's perfect when you're trying to social distance, too, because you can conduct activities outside.

The Un- Bunny Book shows kids and parents that Jesus' resurrection is something to celebrate. With reproducibles, too!
