Feature: No-Bake Valentine Cookies : Easy Last-Minute Cookie Recipe

Start with pre-packaged wafers, which are available at groceries and food stores. They are made with ultra-thin cookie layers, often pressed with waffle surface pattern, with crème filling sandwiched in between layers.

Dip the wafers into melting candy and roll them in Valentine decorations or colored sugar. They harden quickly. (Here are some tips for how to melt candy.) And when you work over waxed paper, clean up is a snap!

Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Cooling time: 30 minutes
Makes about 2-3 dozen cookies
