Feature: Cinnamon Toffee Pecan Cookies: Drop Cookies Don’t Get Easier Than This
The recipe is made even simpler by a base that starts with prepackaged sugar cookie dough. (You can substitute the prepackaged version with your favorite sugar cookie dough if you choose.) So technically you could say this recipe is a “dressed up” sugar cookie variation, but the cookies are so personalized with the added flavorings and additions that they are just simply scrumptious. I suggest making a double batch. They were a favorite recipe from the iconic Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest #39 in 2000, created by Jennifer Meyer of Elmwood Park, IL.
